If you would like to add another email address or setup the one you have, you can follow these instructions. Open outlook express. Click on tools, then accounts. You'll get the window similar to one below. If there is an email account listed here that you will no longer be using, highlight it and click remove. If not, click on the add(circled in the picture), then click on mail.  Display name. Whenever you send an email, whatever you type here will be in the From: box. Push next when done.
Your email address. Type in your email address here and push next.
Incoming and outgoing mail servers. Incoming and outgoing are both "mail.digitalil.net".
The email accounts' username and password. Your username is their FULL email address. Type in this information and push next.
You're all done, hit finish.
